Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort Rules and Regulations

• Speed Limit in the Resort is 7 mph. Please watch out for pedestrians.
• All pets must be on a leash at all times. Pet bags are provided throughout the park to remove pet waste. Please make sure you clean up after your pet and properly dispose it.
• No parking in street. Two vehicles and one coach maximum per lot. Do not park on common areas, grass or another owner’s lot without their permission.
• All persons under 14 must be accompanied by someone at least 18 years or older at both pools and clubhouse.
• Please observe all pool rules posted at each pool.
• Telephones at each pool are direct lines to 911 EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
• No onsite pickup of trash is available. You must carry your trash to the dumpster located just outside the property. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes and properly bag all garbage.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Automobiles, motorcycles, golf carts and other motorized vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver.
• Bicycles must be ridden only on Resort streets and not on private lots or common areas.
• NO BOATS OR WATERCRAFT ALLOWED TO BE PARKED INSIDE THE PARK.
• Clubhouse, restrooms and showers are for you to enjoy but if you use it, please clean it up. We do not provide maid service. Please leave it the same way you found it.
• YOU will be responsible for any damages to any lot, pool, coach house or clubhouse.
• Clubhouse and Pool areas are SMOKE-FREE
• Do not leave food items or other garbage outside or in gazebo, especially overnight as animals have been known to damage gazebos and other personal property within the park.
• Washers and Dryers are provided as a convenience for you but please leave them clean and remove lint from dryer. No dye allowed in machines. Please be considerate and remove your clothing promptly upon completion so that someone else can use them.
• Management reserves the right to ask anyone in violation of the rules to immediately correct the problem or vacate the premises immediately.
